The month of May brings many interesting events to our city and industry with the arrival of ICFF. Relative Space NY will be participating with Industrial Designer Stephen Burks of ReadyMade Projects Inc. on a Design Sale - where everything seen is quality, and also for sale. These are gently used designer items with their papers/history intact. Stephen has a wide ranging network in the city & we are excited to see what objects he curates. Translation: Arrive early or I might buy all the good stuff! ...Just kidding. The event will take place at our 2 Bond location, the weekend of the 15th.

Via Stephen's website:

Design Sale! presents a curated selection of the best international designer objects, lighting and furniture from the private collections of New York City's designer community for sale. Stephen Burks of Readymade Projects, in association with the Relative Space showroom, has asked fellow design aficionados like David Weeks, Dror Benshetrit, Jamie Gray, Lindsey Adelman, and Todd Bracher to put their gently used designer, with a capital 'D', products up for sale — no IKEA, Crate & Barrel, or 19th-century bric-a-brac will be accepted. The result is an artfully piled trove of goods in search of a new home, each item tagged with its former owner, original designer and manufacturer, date designed, date purchased, and price.

We will be open for viewing/shopping from 12-4PM on Saturday May 15th and 12-8PM Sunday May 16th, with a small guest-list party Saturday evening for our friends, family and peers.

See you at 2 Bond.
